Starting off at a Credit Union in Utah, Arshia worked his way up to becoming the company’s top producer as a loan officer. Wanting more meaning out of his work, he moved to Los Angeles and joined a high production team with his brother where he was able to learn everything there is to learn about mortgage lending. After a couple years, he and his brother were able to open up their own branch in Santa Monica. Working on the front lines, Arshia focuses on his number one strength which is sales. His role focuses on lead generation and referral partner recruitment in order to be able to serve as many people as possible. He is very passionate about helping people achieve the American Dream. He understands that this dream is the bedrock for thriving communities and families, making it one of the most important services that can be offered. This understanding has led him and his brother to build a business focused on helping clients achieve happiness and abundance in their lives. In his spare time when he is not working, he enjoys competing in bodybuilding, hiking, biking, traveling, and spending time with his niece.
